Broadway Theatre

Objectives:

  • Reach out to customers at a personal level.
  • Receive as much feedback as possible.
  • Promote shows and offer discounts to followers.
We want to expand our service to a mass of potential customers. Our shows are well recognized, however we want more customer awareness to increase.

We as company have seen the effectiveness of these social media tools. We want to exceed the performance of those who have implemented their strategy.

Audience:
  • Fans of Broadway Musicals. We want to make the experience much more satisfying than it already is.
  • All age groups from teenagers to adults. We want to give everyone the opportunity to learn more about Broadway. Through this we will reach the mass.
It makes sense for us to promote our social media sites via our own website as a main strategy. However, we will  use telemarketing, radio, and brochures.

We will be using the following social media tools for this strategy:
  1. Facebook: Our Facebook page will promote big events, ask questions about previous shows, and ask for feedback. Also we will take requests into consideration.
  2. Twitter: Our twitter site will promote big events, ask questions about previous shows, and ask for feedback. Also we will take requests into consideration. In addition, we will engage conversations about these topics.
  3. Broadway blog: Through our blog, we will inspire others to join in on discussions about Broadway shows. Many sales promotions will be added to our blog daily.
We will have a department designed and trained for the sole purpose of efficient social media implementations. Employees must be Marketing majors, be intuitive, and have high customer support experience.
